About Track Rollers

Moreover, they generate over 70% of the resistance during operation. Therefore, the quality of rollers is of utmost significance. Rollers are available in two main materials: steel and plastic.

High-quality floating seals and a lubricating system are employed to adapt to diverse climatic and temperature conditions. The rollers can operate under severe working conditions or climates ranging from -45℃ to 120℃, ensuring maintenance-free performance.

The rollers undergo precision forging and normalization before overall heat treatment, achieving a surface hardness of HRC 52-60 with a hardened layer depth of over 7-10mm (HRC 45). This enhances durability, providing high impact resistance and surface wear resistance on the contact surfaces.
